With around 70 apartments, a 1,800 sqm Edeka supermarket and a few shops, restaurants, offices and a day care center with almost 100 places, the Cranachhöfe in Essen-Holsterhausen should become its own "small district". The Cranachhöfe arise on the grounds of the former Berufskolleg Holsterhausen, which is limited by the Holsterhauser Straße, Rubensstraße and Cranachstraße in Essen.
At Cranachstraße 29 attractive and barrier-free townhouses are planned for different target groups such as families, couples, singles and seniors. On Rubensstraße, the housing supply is to be
supplemented by around 42 publicly subsidized rental apartments. The Elb assemblers support this great project on site with a larger team in the heating / sanitary sector. Great that we are
allowed to be there!
After the excavation pit was completely dug in 2016, the initiating company Allbau GmbH began construction work in mid-May 2017. Only recently, at the beginning of June 2018, the topping-out ceremony was celebrated. Allbau CEO Dirk Miklikowski is hoping for a conclusion of the approximately 49 million euro district development project by mid-2019.
